Delivery:
We dispatch by Post Denmark no later than 4 business days after receiving your order. For orders to Europe you should expect delivery within 2-3 days. For other countries the delivery time will be approx. 2-6 days.
Shipping costs:
Shipping costs will always be shown in the shopping cart. Bendtner Consulting does not charge any transaction or handling fee.

In order to access the payment page, you have to accept our commercial and delivery terms.
With regard to card payment we accept Dankort, e-Dankort, VISA, VISA Electron, MasterCard, Maestro, American Express and JCB through the authorised and certified PBS payment solution.
We will not charge your card until your order has been dispatched.
Credit Card Security:
We use a Payment Gateway certified by PBS. The Payment Gateway is an electronic cash register which provides for the acceptance of cards and SSL encrypted transfer of sums. The Payment Gateway meets the latest security requirements, even beyond the transaction itself, such as firewall, virus protection and more. The Payment Gateway uses 128 bit SSL encryption of card and account information and is in principle unbreakable. Since SSL 128 bit encryption is the latest security standard, it may not be possible to make a transaction using an older browser version. We therefore recommend that you use the latest versions of web browsers.
Security of the order data is high through strong encryption on the internet, the Payment Gateway and our computers. The transaction is at no time decrypted, during transport nor on the server/webspace.
Dispatch:
We will process your order as soon as possible and you will receive an order confirmation by e-mail. All orders must be placed through the webshop. The webshop cannot be held responsible for pricing and typing errors or sold out items.
Backorders:
If we are not able to deliver at the time of ordering, your order will be delivered as soon as possible. We will contact you by e-mail giving you the option to cancel your order.
VAT:
The VAT rate is 25% and www.nicklas-bendtner.com applies the current standard VAT rate. All prices at www.nicklas-bendtner.com include VAT and taxes.
Claims:
Bendtner Consulting offers you a 2 year warranty on all goods according to the Danish Consumer Policy. You are obliged to return your complaint within a reasonable time of having discovered an error or omission. Returning your complaint within two months is considered reasonable time. There are also products in the webshop with an extra warranty; these are listed by the product.
If your complaint is returned within a reasonable time, Bendtner Consulting will exchange the goods. The guarantee applies only if the product is used for normal use. Complaints concerning defects or omissions should be addressed to Bendtner Consulting by e-mail at: tb@olanet.dk.
Information policy:
Bendtner Consulting does not pass on information about customers to third parties.

If you are registered in the files, you have the opportunity to see all files and you may object to a registration under the rules of the Danish Act on Processing Personal Data. All personal data is transmitted in encrypted form.

Returns:
At www.nicklas-bendtner.com we have a 14-day return policy on all purchased goods (calculated from the day of delivery).
